Winter is a time for self study, and I am quite often away either giving or receiving workshops and retreats, so please check our class page for what classes are on and where.

The big trip is to South India in August. Saraswathi will be joining us for some of the way, and we end the journey in the good hands of Soukya Ayurvedic retreat, one of the most reputed in India.
