After running wellbeing retreats for over 6 years, we no longer wish to assume what you are looking for.
We’ve launched DIY retreats. It is a concept that allows you to build an experiene of X number of days with X number of friends (or colleagues) with X numbers of variable activities. All you need to do is fill in the X’s and there are many fun and interesting to choose from, depending on your budget and goals.
We work with intuitive massage therapists, creative art therapists, experienced yoga teachers, permaculturalists and incredible chefs.
You may prefer however, to eat, drink and be merry, we can organise group passes to the Peninsula Hot Springs, book a table at one of our preferred vineyards or restaurants, or a play in the bay with snorkels, dive gear or kayaks.
If you are curious to learn how to create positive change in your life, relationships and/ or workplace, we can combine any one of our services to create a programme for you which may include how to grow your food, choose and cook it, a BREATHE health and healing workshop, personalised Yoga therapy session and/ or massage.
