Breath is key. We look at prana- the vital energy and how to obtain, conserve and use it to achieve optimal health.
Appetite. What a healthy appetite means, how it is expressed, fulfilled and celebrated. We look at Ayurveda, the science of life and how it applies to our individual selves.
The Ayurvedic theme flows into a simple cooking demonstration where we enjoy the delicious results.
Thinking constructively. The biochemistry of thoughts. We learn how to harvest the power of our minds, to develop awareness and create the change we want to see.
