BREATHE wellbeing seminars

Breathing+ Relaxation+ Exercise+ Appetite+ Thinking positively = Healthy Energy.

The wisdom of the body is greater than the mind. Learn how to listen to your body and become the expert of your own health.

This hour-long seminar will offer a simple model for anyone who wishes to be an active participant in their own health and healing. All you require is the desire.

We look at

·         the physical and psychological benefits of breath work

·         relaxation techniques and the biochemical response in the brain and body

·         how to train the mind to be our servant and not our master

·         why movement is important

·         what our innate nature is and how to access it

·         how to choose, prepare, respect and celebrate food

·         how our biography becomes our biology…tracing the path of a thought to our cells.

These public seminars are FREE as I believe fundamental health education should be accessible to everyone.
